I have more than 16 years' experience conducting investigations both at corporate, municipalities and government entities. I have acquired skills with both the financial crimes investigations, regulations reviews, policy development and implementation, field investigations, insurance investigations.

• Developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the fraud management framework and policy.
• Manages fraud-related policies and ensures policies meet all regulatory requirements and align with industry standards
• Monitor compliance with fraud policies and procedures
• Ensures that all fraud-related risks are appropriately identified, assessed, managed, monitored, and reported
• Monitor the adequacy and effectiveness of the control environment as it pertains to fraud 
• Drafting reports and management information for key stakeholders on fraud management across the business
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to assist with fraud risk management.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions for the company staff. 
• Ensure accountability for fraud management in the first line.
• Create and maintain the Fraud Management workplan and report on progress to the CRO.
