    Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat
    • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and going the extra mile to exceed expectations

    Requirements

    • Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
    • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or airline industry
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to navigate through computer systems and multitask efficiently
    • Willingness to work in shifts and weekends, as required in a 24/7 operation
    • Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa
    • Ensure you have at least 3 to 4 hours of power backup for laptop, with 2nd screen and internet connectivity, when load shedding happens.
