I am a dedicated hospitality student with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills are my strong attributes. I am eager to learn and contribute to the industry's success.

As a dedicated trainee in the hospitality industry, I gained experience across the different departments, including Food and Beverage, Culinary, Front Office, and Banqueting. In the Food and Beverage department, I learned to take customer orders, serve food and beverages, ensure cleanliness, and deliver excellent customer service. As a Chef Trainee, I assisted in food preparation, learned culinary techniques, maintained kitchen hygiene, and supported senior chefs by chopping ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring food safety standards. In the Front Office, I efficiently managed reception tasks such as greeting guests, handling inquiries, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, handling phone calls, and maintaining a clean lobby area to ensure guest satisfaction. In the Banqueting department, I assisted in event setup, service, and breakdown, coordinated with kitchen staff and clients for smooth event execution, and maintained the cleanliness and organization of the banquet area. Throughout my training, I consistently demonstrated a commitment to providing excellent service and supporting a seamless hospitality experience.
