I am a development economist with 5 year of experience gathering, analysing, and presenting data. I have a demonstrable track record of conducting economic research and combining it with economic principles to address real-world issues such as economic growth, capacity building, and climate change. Throughout my career I have conducted independent research projects as well as working collaboratively with others in a team. This has strengthened my verbal and written communication skills and endowed me with the ability to break down complex technical information.

As a socio-economic and enterprise development economist, I have extensive experience designing, planning, managing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on community development projects for business units (BUs) in accordance with company processes and relevant legal/regulatory requirements.

I have a strong background in managing volunteerism and enterprise development (ED) employee mentoring and coaching activities, and have a proven track record of developing effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainable community development.

In my previous roles, I have supported the resolution of internal and external BU community development audit findings, ensuring that projects are aligned with company objectives and that reporting requirements are met. I have also managed community development service providers, ensuring that they deliver high-quality services in accordance with contractual obligations.

Overall, I am a skilled and experienced socio-economic and enterprise development economist with a strong commitment to promoting sustainable community development. I am able to design and implement effective programs that support the economic and social development of local communities while meeting the needs of business units and complying with legal/regulatory requirements.
