Sandra Nel

I am a mature lady with over 30 years’ work experience. I have good administration and management skills which I would like to develop further within the field of human resources. I am also innovative and skilled in solving day to day problems experienced within the office. I am organised and able to work independently and take the initiative in making decisions. I love working with people. I am not a clock watcher and prepared to perform work outside of normal hours when the need arises. I am dedicated and loyal and have an extensive arsenal of skills and knowledge. I have a positive dispensation and strive to motivate and encourage those around me to reach their full potential.

I have extensive experience including office management, personnel administration, project administration as well as 10 years’ experience as administrative secretary to Regional Commissioner within Correctional Services and 14 years’ experience working as personal assistant to Director/ Chairman of a property development company. 

I have recently completed my BCom Honours Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
