I am a single mother of an eighteen year old teenage son. I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses honest, hardworking and reliable. My hobbies are reading, organizing gatherings, cooking. I love learning new things and love working with people of all sorts.

I worked for Standard Bank for almost 15 years. My very recent position was Universal Banker. My duties were account origination for customers of both personal and business as per laid down policies. Receiving debit and credit cards from courier delivery. Processing and updatin   inventory on the system. Forwarding invoices to relevant department for in house accounts. Dealing with queries and resolving them by using customer 1st before sunset. Providing feedback to clients on queries logged. Educating and migrating customers to digital platforms. Updating information on the Computer System. Training and mentoring new employees. Worked as a Teller which involved large amounts of cash. Processing cash and cheque deposits and withdrawals as per laid down procedures. Assisted with Treasury with discretion
