About Sandhya Ramlakhan:
Seasoned Quality Professional with 24 years of experience in the Quality field. I am passionate about Customer Experience and assuring that customers feel the full value of offerings with added Customer intimacy through constant engagement and actions. I have varied experience within Quality from building a QMS from scratch to leading complex Root Cause Analysis to building Customer programs.
Experience
I have a vast 24 Year experience in Quality, I' very worked in the FMCG- Unilever environment where I lead the site certification to ISO 9001, I moved to the Power Generation industry (Alstom Power Services) and handled both Quality and Safety. I have worked on the Quality strategy for Eskom. I've built processes and teams to enhance customer experience with Eskom and have worked on several high value projects. I have extensive experience and knowledge on the Continuous Improvement tools and has done various improvement projects over my career as well as conducted a range of problem solving (RCAs) I am currently the Quality Leader for General Electric in Sub- Saharan Africa. I have been in GE/Alstom for the past 16 years
