I am a dedicated Human Resources professional with a BCom degree in Human Resource Management and extensive practical experience. Currently, I serve as an HR Management Intern with the KZN Department of Education, where I provide support in Training and Development. In this role, I have honed skills in data analysis, employee record management, meeting facilitation, report writing, and training coordination.

I also have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, having managed CV screening, candidate outreach, and recruitment for various online schools. My previous experience as an HR Generalist at Betakid provided me with hands-on expertise in recruitment processes, onboarding, and payroll support. I am highly adaptable, able to work in remote settings, and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills that ensure efficient HR support across various functions.

I hold a BCom degree in Human Resource Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA), completed in 2021, and a Higher Certificate in Economics and Management Science from UNISA (2017). I am also currently pursuing the Ethics in the Public Service course at The National School of Government. Additionally, I earned a 150-hour TEFL/TESOL certification from Global Language Training in 2016.

Prior to this, I completed one year of a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Human Resource Management at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN). I graduated from Raisethorpe Secondary School in 2014 with a National Senior Certificate.
