About Samery Ruiters:
My passion would be training component in Human Resource Management. Since I started working at Service Sector Education and Training Authority I have learnt a lot about Education and Training and worked closely with learners completed their grade 12 and started with the hairdressing qualification. It was a great journey with all the Hairdressing learners. As the Training Administrator at Grain SA, Farmer Development Department I administrate and co- ordinate training on a weekly across all provinces in the Farmer Development in Agriculture Sector.

Explain the campaign details to customers in brief and direct them to the sales consultants for further action. Identify sales leads and cross-selling opportunities by talking to the customers to understand their needs and requirements. Verify the customer’s identity according to procedures prior to proceeding with inquiry or transaction. Identify potential fraudulent transactions and report to management. Adhere to legislation and regulatory requirement as applicable of CASA, FICA, National Credit Act (NCA)

Education
I am currently a student at Milpark Education completing my Human Resource Management and Practices National Diploma and only need to write my final Exam. Successfully complete all 8 HR Modules. I am planning to complete my Generic Assessor and Moderator Training as my short term goal the next 6 months and to register for my Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management.
