About Khailasha Naidoo:

 I am a hardworking and independent individual. I wish to start work as soon as possible. I am flexible and can work long hours. I am patient, works well in a group. I have leadership  and 21st century skills. I have experience working in public and low resource schools. I have worked with young learners and intermediate phase learners. I have a bachelors degree in Intermediate phase education.I am TEFL 120 hours Certified. My documents are apostilled.
I have experience teaching learners in a school setting as well as in under resource schools. I know the challenges of both teaching and learning. I have always enjoyed working with those younger than me, thus i began a career in teaching and I enjoy it. I know there are different difficulties and challenges with teaching and learning, but their is also success and achievement, and growth. Not just for learners but for teachers as well. I have made resources, lesson plans, created fun and dynamic lessons that are both effective and efficient in helping learners learn. I have experience with working with learnwrs whose first and even second language is not English.

I have done my teaching experience in a resourced and under resourced schools, I am a private tutor as well as a volunteer teacher.

I have a Bachelors degree in intermediate phase Education and Teaching from IIE VARSIT COLLEG .
