I have 5 years experience in the call center industry, I started as a retentions agent then went to sales with local campaigns. I then progressed to customer service with international campaigns, I have been working as a 2IC for 2 years. I have communication skills via chat, email and phone and fluent in 6 languages.

Education

I finished matric in 2015 and then progressed to doing a Monyetla Skills Development learnership where I obtained NQF L4 Call Center Operations.
