Ruth Wotela

I am an Industrial Psychologist with over 15 years of work experience in the human resource management field. I have gained extensive experience and passion in leadership and management development, human resources management and employee wellness. I am also very passionate human-centered AI and research and I am currently involved in facilitating the adoption on AI across our organisation. I recently completed my PhD studies, and my research was titled Attitude and acceptance of AI technologies in the South African financial services industry, which she completed from the Wits Business School. The greatest satisfaction in my work comes from knowledge sharing and mentoring others. I am currently working for an international technology company, Alula Technologies, as part of the Executive team, in the role of HR Executive/People Wellness Executive.
