Introduced a biometric time clock system to the firm, which enables accurate workforce data capturing for the payroll systems. 

Established a Safety, Health, and Quality department by analyzing the source of continuous incident reports at the workshop. This reduced incident reports by 20% and saved $15,000 in unnecessary medical expenses. 

Filled and managed employee records from recruitment to disciplinary files, to garnish orders and medical aid claims reports. These responsibilities gave me access to employees' sensitive information and hence improved my work ethic. 

Effectively directed employee relations, contributing to improved morale in the workplace and 95% retention in the years 2021-2022 compared to previous years. 

Effectively led 150 employees across the organization’s two branches, regularly monitoring progress and performance, leading to uniform service delivery across the company's branches, enabling inter-firm comparison and an increase in sales. This role helped groom my multi-tasking skills. 

Launched diversity recruitment strategies such as job fairs and social media adverts; these initiatives attracted diverse skills and boosted creativity in the company, which led to a new chemical product formation and increased the company’s EBIT by 12% in 2023.
