My duties were

KYC Verification

Closing duplicate or fake accounts

Pricing up events such as football, soccer, basketball and cricket

Dealing with queries from customer support in terms of casino related queries, sports queries and account problems

Investigating accounts that are fraudulent

Auditing bets to make sure that the odds were correct before paying the customers

Making sure that the customer follows the rules and regulations of FICA policy

Creating draws on Turfsport and resulting them manually

Escalating queries such as casino and sports to the relevant departments ie Betconstruct

I work for Gbets Sports Betting Company as a horseracing officer

My duties were

Opening and closing races

Helping branches with queries relating to horseracing

Pricing up events

Phoning customers to help them understand what they bet on and what happened

Training people who want to be in horseracing world

Doing settings for the events being offered that day 

Resulting jackpots,pick 6and pa

Escalating queries to the provider should a need arise
