As an operations manager, I pride myself in my ability to efficiently manage teams and resources with complex data, develop and implement strategic plans and foster strong relationships with stakeholders both inside and outside the company. I have a keen eye for identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to drive performance and profitability. Customer service is also a priority of mine and I believe that providing outstanding experiences for customers is essential to the success of any business. I am an adaptable and effective leader who is committed to achieving excellence in all aspects of operations.

I have worked in various management positions, starting as a farm trainee manager and then moving on to trainee manager for the Shoprite distribution center where I also worked as a designated buyer. after this, I also worked as a retail department manager and have now transitioned to my current role as an operations manager. throughout my career, I have demonstrated the ability to lead teams, analyze complex data, implement strategic plans, foster relationships with stakeholders, and prioritize customer service. I have shown adaptability and commitment to achieving excellence in all aspects of operations.

I have completed a bachelor's degree in Supply chain management with MANCOSA and currently studying toward my honors degree in supply chain management.
