I am a qualified Chartered Accountant, who has a passion for transformational leadership. My operational approach is relationship based and I believe in respecting relationship even during periods of conflict.

I am a strategic thinker, but could easily “deep-dive” into the detail to find pragmatic resolutions to issues. Despite ensuring inclusion and collaboration at all time, I still envisage to give clear direction in the activation and the execution of the task at hand.

I am always open to new challenges and opportunities. This is evident in my career, being involved in Internal Audit, Accounting, Controlling, Risk Management as well as Sales in Marketing. I showed the ability to manage different competencies and diverse teams within multiple multi-national organisations.
