As a Workplace Integrated learning Unit Supervisor, I currently supervise a team of more than 150 employees and coordinate all department activities for both in-office staff and field (remote) staff. I am responsible for recruitment of staff, selecting and implementing a new office-management systems, personnel management and project forecasting and management for over 10000 distance education students

I am completing my Bachelor of Commerce in Organisational and Industrial Psychology through Unisa. My goal is to further my career within HR, recruitment and office management and this is why I believe I am the best fit for your job advertised. I am also a active member in Institue of People Management (IPM) which is a professional body for people management.
