Human Resources
About Rochelle Human:
In today's changing work environment I have a strong belief that the Human Resources functions play a vital role within institutions.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, a registered professional member of the SABPP and over twenty years of experience I believe I have the needed skills to excel.
My role at my current job has changed along with the changing needs of my company. In addition to the traditional Group Human Resources Manager duties of payroll and benefits administration my position has evolved to include recruitment, sourcing, talent management, wellness, employment equity, training and participating in organizational development. In this manner I function as a strategic partner for the company.
I am an accredited HR Auditor with the SABPP and have participated in the first cross-border HR audit of the Diamond Trading Company Botswana as well as SanParks, ODI & Tembisa Hospitals, and Sibanye Stillwater HR audits.
My combined education and experience make me an excellent choice. I believe in talent acquisition and retention, through training and development of skills.
