I am a highly seasoned HR Professional with extensive experience in HR Management and Industrial Relations across Southern Africa. I have travelled to over 32 countries where I have provided strategic leadership across the entire HR value chain and Labour law support and representation.  I have over 27 years of experience at all levels within HR, have excellent people skills and management skills.

I am open to a position that will allow me to utilise my HR skills and the knowledge that I have gained as a seasoned HR practitioner.

I have qualified with an MBA and DBA and I will graduate with my Doctors Degree in September 2025. My topic was on an ethics framework for Human Capital in the context of Artificial Intelligence.

I am passionate about people, building strong stakeholder relationships and leading by example, I am considered as a problem solver, a quick thinker and an excellent negotiator. Through integrity, humility and effective communication I can methodically handle complex problems and find high valued solutions.
