  I am a self-motivated individual, who can work well under pressure and enjoy being kept busy.  I enjoy learning new things and always try to make a positive contribution to the company and the team.  I also enjoy going out, travelling and meeting new people. 

I have over fourteen years’ experience as a Credit Controller/ Accounts Administrator, receiving of large amount of cash, to capturing of EFT payments, following up on queries and calling for outstanding amounts.  I have worked on accounts such as Shoprite, Pick n Pay, Woolworths, Parmalat and some of the bigger spice & meat distributors.  I have also being involved in a few other general activities within the company. 

I have traveled to Durban, Johannesburg and George and worked there for a while, sorting out the debtor’s book, doing GRN’S and Purchase orders and investigating fraud cases.

Once I am trained in a position, I am confident that I am able to do the job at hand by producing positive results.

Managing The Woolworths & Pick n Pay accounts,  Supervisor to one Admin Clerk,

Banking, Petty cash, determine cash flow forecast,

Monthly reporting on overdue amounts, 

Payment Imports into Syspro ensuring payments are allocated, 

Reconciling accounts, 

Resolving queries on the accounts, 

Maintenance of AR data,

Investigating unpaid invoices and AOD slips, 

Investigating claims, loading invalid claim onto the PNP portal,

Block and unblock accounts, and release accounts in suspense,

Opening of new accounts and COS, 

Maintain credit limits and Master Data,

Loading the PNP statements for the different vendors on their portal, 

Loading new articles on PNP portal, de-listing products, uploading price changes on PNP portal, 

Running strike rate reports,

De-listing products, uploading price changes on the PNP portal,

Passing rebates, 

Determining Bad Debt provision, 

Assisting in obtaining information for the auditors at year end.
