Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / matric Enrolled Nurse qualification 2 years related experience and/or training Registration with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse Recognized counselling certificate Proficiency in English and IsiXhosa languages Clear criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides mentorship to Community Health Workers Coordinates and conducts awareness outreach in the community, workplace, tertiary educational facilities and schools in line with the health calendar.

Appropriate referral of all cases identified in the community Ensures that clients referred to the Home and Community Based Care programme are managed Promotes service delivery and identifies training needs Networking and maintains a healthy and positive relationship with the sub-district Adheres to Infection control Standards Administration
