I am someone that very passionate about helping people the best way I know how,being in the sales industry for more than 3 years now has taught me that people are unique yes however there is always a way to make things better for them so offering customers products that are best suited with their lifestyle and seeing how it has a positive impact in their life's is a better bonus than the actual commission made.I have mastered the skills of build rapport with customers not only to solve their technical issues effortlessly and with precision however to also give them the ultimate experience of knowing that they matter to,it's not always about getting the big buck out of them, also I believe being organized is a skill for if you're not organized it is very easy to make things even harder for yourself and your job.

I have both experience in outbound and inbound contact center as well as direct marketing and two years as a quality assurance agent.

I have completed my bachelor's in commerce studies in High School and currently on a pause due to financial reasons on my Bcom Economics and Econometrics degree
