Risima Hlungwani

My name is Risima Melanie Hlungwani, I am a qualified social worker with relevant experience and skills required for social services. I am vibrant and highly open for the new opportunities to learn and showcase my skills. I am such a hardworking human being with great enthusiasm. 

I did my practicals at the health center where I rendered generic in social work. 

I volunteered at home based care and Drop in center where I was rendering counseling to clients living with HIV and AIDS. 

I worked for Wits Health Consortium where I was rendering psychosocial, counseling and family reunification. 

I worked as an assistant educator where I was assisting teachers with lessons and learners in also rendered psychosocial to many. 

I worked for Department of social development where I was in statutory, Victim empowerment programs such as GBVF and Trafficking in Persons, Databases, drafting memos and writing minutes in every meetings. 

I studied at Dlamani High school where I obtained my Matric Senior Certificate in 2015. 

I went to further my studies at university of venda where I obtained my social work degree in 2020.

Attended various training related with social work in the year 2025 which are :Report writing Training, Social Work Debriefing Training and Healing and Restoration services.
