WINE-TASTING
• Set-up and preparing for group wine-tastings as well as individual wine-tastings in order to promote sales and market the winery and also doing cellar tours.
• Trained new staff for wine-tasting room and for daily stock-takes and POS and cash-up process.
• AD HOC duties: Housekeeping of the tasting room and store-room 
• Obtained excellent customer service to tourist and domestic customers.
DESPATCH/STOREROOM/WAREHOUSE
• Accepting all deliveries and stock. This include that they ar not damaged and that everything ordered is present and accounted for. Kept the despatch organised
• Ensure that stock levels do not run out
• Keeping track of where the inventory and stock are going.
• Accepting deliveries and shipping goods
• Safety and security
• Received numerous employee of the month awards
TECHNICAL
• Experience in POS and end of day cash-up and completed daily stock takes successful.
• Skilled in Eazy- Wines(electronic system)
• Capture on electronic system, stock received and stock shipped or transferred as well as update stock takes on the system.
• Assisted auditors year-end according samples testing.
• Assisted deliveries of orders and transport for staff with my code 08 licence with PDP.
• Also assisted with moving or transferring or organising physical stock into warehouse with fork lift 
• Logistical services of transporting stock externally.
• Well experience in labelling, bottling and quality checks on product and container packing.
