For over 3 years, I have been an Inbound Sales Specialist at iKhokha, a leading provider of payment solutions for entrepreneurs and small businesses in South Africa. With 10 years of experience in the contact center industry, I have developed strong skills in credit card transaction processing, payment card processing, and credit cards, as well as sales, communication, and customer service.

I attended Grove End Secondary School in Phoenix where I completed my matric in 2013.
