• Comply with classificaon
and priorizaon
system for compleon
of
work order.
• Makes periodic preventave
maintenance inspecons
of all metering
control instruments, cleans, lubricates, calibrates, and adjusts as
condions
indicate.
• Assist Project Department with new installaons,
improvements, and
modificaons
• Fault finding and correcng
of faults on the DCS (Honeywell TDC3000),
PLC (Allen Bradley Rslogix5000, Siemens S5).
• Parcipate
in planned maintenance shutdowns
• Ensure that Computerized Maintenance System (SAP) job card
requirements are met as part of the planning.
• Performs regular refinery walk-through inspecons
to assess the
condion
of plant instrumentaon.
• Ensure conformance with environmental and safety requirements
commensurate with execung
required instrument maintenance or
replacement acvies.
