I am a social science research graduate passionate about research and administration programs, interested in both hands-on and office aspects. Bachelor of Social Science in History & Sociology graduate and a Bachelor of Art Honours (Gender Studies), from the University of KwaZulu-Natal with an in-depth knowledge of conducting research, accessing information, evaluating & presenting information. Bringing over 18 months of experience working as community volunteer and as education assistant. I am resultsdriven and a team player who is customer-focused with an ability to communicate well at all levels, and able to plan, organize, and carry out workloads effectively to enhance performance. A self-motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for continuous professional development. Lungelo can be relied upon to take on tough challenges and be deliver results, whilst always seeking ways to help the employer grow the greater heights.

 ● Contribute towards improving the culture of reading and literacy rates among learners. 

● Assisting in reviving school libraries, initiating reading clubs and creating reading corners. This is in line with the sector priority on improving early grade reading. 

 ● Assisting teachers and learners with troubleshooting of ICT equipment, and uploading educational content on learners and teachers’ devices. Providing psychosocial support to assist in reducing the risk of learners dropping out of the system, and also contribute to an improvement in learner behavior and academic performance.
