Experience

I have 7 years experience in sales and customer service my duties are registering clients on our quewing system accurately, rendering the best customer service to our clients, escalating unpaid claims to head office, monitoring our quewing system and NPS for the branch, assisting the branch with collecting refferals to boost the branch production, working collections and doing all admin for the branch and last doing motivational meetings twice a week. 

Education

I have end user certificate, did N1 and N2 electrical engineering now I've just completed my NQF LEVEL 4 ECD teaching
