I have worked across multiple portfolios such as FMCG and General Merchandise, which included managing teams of buyers, planners and space planners with up to 30 direct reports. Built up a strong network/relationship with various suppliers/vendors which ranged from key accounts managers to directors. I also worked well and built strong relationships across cross-functional teams (Senior Management / Marketing / Operations / Stores) within the organization.

I was employed at Edcon (JetMart) since 2008, and due to the liquidation of the company in 2019, I was retrenched. My passion and strengths have always been in retail. I am looking for an opportunity to get back into retail and into an organization where I can utilize my skills and add value.

I am currently seeking employment as a Senior Buyer or Category Manager, with a market related salary expectation.

I am based in Gauteng, however I am willing to relocate locally and or internationally.
