Lyle Pillay

I am a Human Resources (HR) Generalist and Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Officer. I have extensive knowledge of Labour Law, HR policies & procedures as well as IR strategies that are aligned to the overall business strategy. I also have knowledge of the ISO9001:2015 standards as well as requirements for this specific certification.

Recently, I have been involved, and the key person, in several projects relating to the development of the ISO9001 system, compliance and certification of 2 organisations. I have also had extensive exposure to the process of submitting tenders and overseeing project completion.

I am also an Organisational Psychology Honours graduate who believes that the integration of Human Resources and Organisational Psychology themes and concepts could lead to the upliftment of organisations as well as its' employees simultaneously. I also believe that a mutually beneficial relationship between both employer and employee could take organisations to new levels and lead to the progression of South Africa as a whole, provided that this is the belief of organisations and its people too. I will continue to use my motivation and passion to help develop and motivate people towards the achievement of their employer's goals as well as aid the employer in meeting the goals of their employees.

With over 5 years’ experience in the human resources field, including my experience in dealing with Safety, Health, Environment and Quality, I am confident that I would be an asset to your organization.

I have completed my BA Honours in Organisational Psychology part time through WITS in 2021.
