  • Completion of Grade 12 with relevant background in customer service.
  • A higher education qualification at NQF level 6 is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-oriented roles.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Trustworthiness and ethical conduct.
  • Fundamental computer skills and numerical ability.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Flexibility to work extra hours, including weekends and shifts, is essential.
  • Candidates appointed to Mobile Units will face environmental conditions like rain, sun, and cold.
  • Priority will be given to applicants from the local area where the job is located.

Experience
