Through my educational and my work experience journey I have acquired and gained a lot of knowledge and skills to assist me to excel in any professional environment related to Debt counselling, Administration and customer Service. My qualification (Human Resource Administration) and Training done over the years has equipped me with a lot of experience both learned and gained. I studied a lot about consumer service and Administration in general, I have been Working for This Financial company for a period of 10 years. During the 10 years of employment, I gained a lot of experience and skills that brought promotions, I was a Call Centre Agent, I did Administration work unlimited to other duties, NCR-DHS administrator and Help Desk Consultant and current position Aftercare Relationship Manager

I started working as a Contact center agent in 2013

the was promoted to a administrator around 2016

In 2018 i was again promoted to  Help desk position until 

2020 when i filled a Relationship manager post   - responsible for forming and maintaining connections with business clients to drive sales. Their duties include meeting with clients in-person to discuss new products or services, resolving client issues with their employer’s products or services to preserve relationships and communicating with other departments about maximizing client experiences.
