About Raquel Batista:
I am currently a part time Human Resource assistant at a family owned business, I do a huge variety of things in my day-to-day work life. I am a very motivated and driven individual as I am in charge of maintaining and updating all employee records, manually tracking paid and unpaid leave, assisting in day-to-day employee functions and handling any feedback or queries the employee have.
As you can see from my CV I have experience in:
• Retail – Sales consultant, customer service, administration tasks e.g scanning and drafting and supervising when necessary.
• Managing my own finances for my previous roles so I have very good organisational skills.
• Sales-good rapport skills, soft skills and very good communication skills
• In my previous roles I work very closely with marketing to compile email campaigns and other tactics to reach prospects

• Worked in and led teams at New Generation Cash and carry which is a family business on course projects and in sports.
• Communicated with colleagues at all levels in retail and warehousing.
• Dealing with customer care when I was working at BMW.
• Worked flexibly studying a degree and a part time course simultaneously
