I am a holder of a degree in Information Systems from Midlands State University and CCNA certificate with 9 years’ post graduate experience in the ICT field. I am also certified as a Cisco Network Associate. I am a dynamic, proactive, innovative and self-motivated team player. I am a hardworking individual, a keen and fast learner driven by the desire to achieve set goals.

I am currently employed by Zimasco – mining and smelting company of high carbon ferrochrome in Zimbabwe - as an ICT Officer doing System administration work at Kwekwe Smelter. Prior to this position I was the client Support officer for the North & Middle Dyke Mine. My main thrust is improving systems through innovation and getting the most out of the available resources through maximum usage of the available technologies while conscious on driving down costs. I am able to work in multi-disciplined teams and enjoy the pooling together, a resource in team set up.

• Network installation, monitoring and troubleshooting, wired and wireless security, LAN WLAN, WAN Installation, Administration and support, Sophos Firewalls, Fortmail Email Security.
• Windows systems Administration - Windows server up to 2019, Windows operating systems, Office suites up to office 2016 and Linux based systems – Redhat, Centos, Fedora etc
• Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Exchange Online, Active directory, DHCP, DNS, Microsoft Lync 2010, Microsoft teams, Skype for Business, Azure, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM
• SAP Workflow, SAP Fiori, SAP BI and SAP Security and Ellipse environments
