I am a seasoned and internationally competent Legal Professional who is highly motivated, has a passion for excellence and a drive for innovation and thought leadership. 

Throughout my employment I have performed in several roles, namely: Legal Official, Investigator, Sole Practitioner, Assistant Company Secretary, Commercial Manager, Law Lecturer, Legal Advisor, Senior Legal Advisor, Consultant, Director and CEO.

The opportunity to competently perform in these various roles have equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills to clearly understand the challenge of any situation (which is representative of all stakeholders’ viewpoints) and resolving these challenges by formulating practical solutions and executing the strategy to a successful outcome at the pace of change.   

Through my keen attention to detail I strive to deliver results that are tangible - providing value to all stakeholders. As an effective communicator, I can express both technical and business-related concepts to all levels of corporate structure from the shop floor to the boardroom. 

My work experience has allowed me to interact with several national and international companies (of varying sizes from micro to multi-national conglomerates and from state owned to listed companies) in both emerging and developed economies. This level of exposure has allowed me to interface with different types of nationalities, teams, legal landscapes, international jurisdictions and strategies. These organisations operated across multiple industry verticals, namely: Agriculture, Automotive, Aviation, Banking, Built Environment, Business and Corporate, Chemicals, Construction, Finance, Insurance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Mining, Petrochemicals, Regulatory and Retail.
