As a Political Science, International Relations, and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) graduate, I work as a candidate attorney conducting legal research, consulting with clients, drafting legal documents, and attending court appearances on behalf of clients in pursuit of being sworn in as an official attorney of the High Court. During my journey, I have associated with Legal Aid South Africa as a protégé, vacation work with Bowmans conducting corporate legal work, and legal assistant work with North West University Law Clinic offering free legal services to people from middle to low income communities. The goal is to ultimately work at a cutting edge law firm that aims to provide accessible and dynamic legal services to a diverse client-base, to learn as much as I can as a young candidate attorney, and to yield positive returns to the firm by working as a reliable and professional attorney and prospect of the legal fraternity.

Experience

I have volunteered with Legal Aid South Africa, as well as with the law clinic at the North West University, where I assisted in providing free legal services to lower and middle income communities to access. Additionally, I have completed a period of vacation work at Bowmans where I assisted in providing clients with corporate legal research, facilitating mergers, drafting of documents, and providing of general legal advice altogether.

Education

I have graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science in Political Sciences & International Relations which I completed from the year 2018 to 2020. I then embarked to complete a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from 2021 to 2024. During that time, I was also honoured with a certificate for vacation work completed with Bowmans in the year 2022.
