Rajen Rajkoomar

I have worked in the Aviation industry for approximately 27 years. I am passionate person dedicated to any responsibility delegated to me and pride myself as an asset to the overall enhancement and development of any organisation. I am a firm believer  in integrity  and loyalty. I have good motivational skills to bring out the best in team members. Good managerial skills to lead the team successfully. I have a high degree of patience and assertivness with excellent rapport-building skills. I can positively contribute and lead the team in activities. I take pride in work, checking for own quality of work ie.( Lead by example). Strongly believe in managing effective time management. Managing the negativity of others. Knowledge of disciplinary procedures. Ability to prioritise deliverables and plan. accordingly. Ability to embrace change whilst remaining productive and positive. 

My last profession was as an Assistant Manager- Aviation Security Operations  with Airports Company South Africa (ACSA)  at King Shaka International Airport. I joined the ACSA in 1994 and spent approximately 27 years with the organisation.
