I am an outspoken and outgoing person who enjoys being around others. I like to explore and
learn from other people, while imparting whatever knowledge I can as well. As much as I would
like to learn, I would like to teach as well. In a globalizing world, getting to learn from different

• The primary objective of this study was to classify blesbok and springbok meat using Nir
hyperspectral imaging. To complete this objective, two aims were set in place, mainly:
evaluating whether this could be done using one muscle and whether it could be done
irrespective of muscle anatomical location. As a result of the hyperspectral data, I had to
acclimatize myself to a certain level of programming and many statistics. I mainly used
MATLAB, R, Excel and EvinceTM.
