I am highly motivated and apply myself in any field that I am in. I am a driven individual who has been in the working environment for more than 5 years. I have over 6 years experience working in the customer service environment providing front line customer service.

I was working at ETC Solutions were I was employed from the 23-Nov-2012 working as a customer service advisor, there we dealt with front line customer service, Logging cases, taking escalations, registering new account on CRM system, liaise with other specialist departments, I then moved to the receptionist team where I was employed as a receptionist from 2014 - 2017. There we dealt with booking meetings, access control, liaising with the security department, Sending out emails, ensuring the meeting rooms are neat and tidy, ensuring the reception room is neat and tidy.

I then moved to work for Webhelp Outsourcing where I was employed in the customer service department as a customer service agent from 2017-July for an international call center where we dealt with UK customers for Shop direct, an online clothing company where we dealt with tracking orders for customers and making orders, taking payments, and logging cases.

I then had to move to easyJet that is a flight airline in the UK, there I deal with booking flights for customer, creating vouchers, logging queries, front line customer service, assist with password reset for existing online accounts, change flights for customers, handling complaints, adhering to schedule and meeting daily or monthly targets
