Promise Nyembezi is a certified IT Technician with
NQF Level 4 in Information Technology, graduate
from Xtensive ICT Academy.
The certification consists of A+ & N+ from CompTIA,
which has given me a more hands on experience
with building a computer which include the use of
operating system, Microsoft office tools (MS word,
Excel, Office etc.), antivirus installations, firewall,
conducting backups, updates and patches, user
support remotely and physically, troubleshooting,
printer configurations, firm understanding of network
infrastructure, cable crimping.
I am self-motivated individual who is detailed
orientated with more than 10 years of experience in
the field of IT, a good team player with good
