I have Customer Service and Administration experience. I am a highly motivated and progress-focused individual, I have contributed motivation, observation and schematic interpretation toward team and business improvements. I am progressive minded and in tune with new developments in my career. I have proven to be effective and collaborative with strong decision-making talent. Not only that, but I really enjoy collective brainstorming sessions, which all me to coordinate activities to achieve a common goal. 

I am currently working as a customer advisor at Webhelp. I have IT-End User Computing NQF Level 3 when I was doing this qualification I was doing admin assisting around the floor since it was a call centre environment some times I would also assist with system issues and the HR department with filling. I have two more qualifications Contact Centre orgnisation NQF Level 4 and Business Administration NQF Level 3 for this learnership I did my internship at Avonford Secondary School as a Officer Administration Clerk after completing my internship I become a Educators Assistant continued with the same duties that I had when I was a intern which ended back in 2022 still waiting for my cirtificate

I have 3 certificate in IT-End User Computing NQF Level 3, Contact Centre Oparations NQF Level 4 and Business Administration NQF Level 3.
