My love for service is embedded in my blood, it comes naturally to always want to do better and be better and to transcend that feeling to my teams that I lead. Creating future leaders with an open mindset and seeing the bigger picture, helping others to be their best, is the best reward.

Experienced in customer service support within inbound and outbound centres and working collaboratively with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, planning and Operations to elevate experience for our customers and yet work in harmony internally. The customer is the most important link and working with them to build and elevate processes and exceed their expectations, brings an harmonious internal working environment. Experienced the last 8 years specifically within the Order to billing or Cash process working with customers and distributors. Internal business unit cohesiveness is demanded in this business to keep customers happy and loyal. Vast understanding of the manufacturing and B2B business with equally experienced areas with B2C.

I believe that technology, combined with exceptional service is the differentiator in business today. Working together to create easier ways for people to service consumers and business. Thinking ahead and helping my people on this journey of bigger picture.

Working with Middle East countries, understanding their people, culture and coming up with solutions to drive service excellence has kept me busy and challenged.

I am not a conformer. Working with others means the best result is achieved and the culture of inclusion grows. I think big yet remain grounded to know my people intimately. I believe I can truly elevate this role and bring success that is long lasting.
