Experience

I have 2 years experience in Accounts Payables with AONKTech company in Johannesburg. My duties included;

  • Correctly entering and uploading invoices into the system before processing and  approval.
  • Reconciling the supplier monthly statements to ensure that all invoices dated in excess of 30days have been received and processed.
  • Facilitating payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting the company’s clients.
  • Recording petty cash expenses and reimbursements.
  • Posting and processing all journal entries to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded.
  • Assisting in the preparation and processing of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
  • Assisting in the VAT function including performing VAT filings and returns.
  • Performing day to day financial transactions as requested by management.

Oxford Brookes University - BSc(hons) in Applied Accounting (2022)
