• Ensure the correct operating of the clients HR and Payroll Systems
• Engage with clients to understand their needs wr.t payroll application and collect all necessary data from client (end-user) to make the implementation accurate and efficient
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Balance and reconcile payroll data for accurate year-to-date totals prior to processing first live payroll
• Assist team in the collaboration with necessary 3rd parties to implement client’s plug-and-play features
• Detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all data processed & safeguard against breaches
• Train end-user(s) on functionality of the implemented platform(s) through in- person or webinars and create and provide training materials as appropriate
