Compliance & Document Verification

• Verifiy ID documents for clarity, validity, and fraud prevention.

• Review bank statements to ensure:

• Applicant name matches across documents.

• AVS (Account Verification Service) passed.

• Statements reflect the most recent 3 months with consistent salary deposits.

• Salary utilization follows the 5 & 10-day rule, considering fund usage.

• Ensured mandates included correct bank details, debit order dates, and indicative instalments

Assessed additional documentation for completeness and relevance, e.g., authorization to debit business accounts on company letterhead.
