I'm a 37 years Black African female looking for greener postures in customer service field,I'm a matriculant with lots of customer care experience in my teen years i worked for South Africans favorite family restaurant Silver spear spur as a waitress,I've worked on retail stores part-time during college  while studying for my NCV level 2-4 electrical infrastructure and construction which I've successfully completed.Currently I'm working for another South African favorite telecommunications company under Merchants data dimension campaign, I've been with this company for 5years they have molded and shaped the kind of consultant I m today.im forever grateful for the experience.

I'm actively looking for employment,hope this brief about myself will find my future employer as I look forward to the next chapter of new people,new environment and new culture .

I have customer service experience in call center of 5 years,within these years I've worked in different departments starting from customer care,receiving incoming calls from customer needing assistance with they services,product information and reporting challenge with their charges and connection issues.I was then moved to Technical support and Trade partners support departments where again I'd receive calls from customers struggling with internet and Network connections issue, detailed troubleshooting will be conducted solutions based steps offered or further escalated for site investigations from this desk I was moved to Technical back office support where I worked hand in hand via escalations with site Technicians in concluding nature of customers query and customer will be contacted by me with feedback and cases will be closed on our system.

I'm a matriculation,I completed my grade 12 in 2004. Took a gap year then went for a short 3weeks call center course, After a couple of years later 2011-2013 , I studied electrical engineering in a 3 year  college course NVC which is Electrical infrastructure and construction level 2-4. I upgraded this certification course for a college diploma by studied Nated electrical engineering 3 trimester in heavy current engineering N4-6 which we completed successfully mid-year 2018.
