I am an experienced professional with exposure to business analysis involved in projects requiring extensive management of stakeholders.  In my role, I am responsible for defining and validating the business requirements for new and existing WMS clients. 

As part of my role, I collect business requirements which involved attending workshops with different key stakeholders both internally and externally to gather both IT and operational requirements for customer implementations, from an IT Solutions’ perspective. Furthermore, I played a key role in finding optimal system functions for business processing with a key focus using existing business processes and systems in order to eliminate unnecessary development cost and effort. I conducted several gap analyses for the projects I was involved in, which implied investigation of the current process against the newly innovative/automated process.

I am heavily involved in writing and validating Functional Requirement Specification document for projects requiring system extension. Post-development activities included writing, reviewing and validating test reports against business requirements. I often manage my own projects from start to end including delivering the required WMS solution.
