 Receiving a delivery note at the gate and taking it to the Market Agent. Collecting the new consignment listing from the computer room and double checking if the information from the list balances with the one from the Delivery note received from the gate.  If there are any shortages I do the follow-up query with the agent. After sales I draw the stock sheet and go to do the stock tacking in order To confirm if all the information is correct.

If there are any shortages I write a letter to the Director requesting the payment within a given period (48 hours – working days).  If there are any extras we need to book them or account for them. I keep on checking if the payment has been done, and when it is done I do the filing of that.
