 I am Thuli Mtshali a graduated from University of Kwazulu Natal in Development studies degree and international relations honors,  i have 4 years experience in working with grant funded projects. i am self driven, i am capable in working with minimal supervisions and commited to provide quality services within specific deadline to each project i am handling.

I believe I would be the best candidate for this position as I possess a 3-year Bachelor of Community and Development Studies and 1-year Honours in International Relations (Social Sciences). I have 3 years as Grant Officer and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at National Lotteries Commission. Experienced in designing and implementing several successful projects and to create strong relationships with relevant departments. Collect and maintain project-related documentation as activities take place, including participant files and forms, attendance records and other records relating to the project. Over the years I learnt efficient and effective grants management that best supported the Organisation. This includes agility and innovation that not only benefited the organisation through timeless processing of applications, but also allowed applicants to be better equipped on how they can be used better to develop the community in which we live in.

I see myself as a good candidate for the Project Administrator position because I have successfully managed and monitor quite various of projects and be able to be accountable when it comes to reporting and presentation. Some of the important steps I take when coordinating a project are conducting meetings with project staff and stakeholders, communicating updates and other developments to project teams and clients, and following up with task holders to make sure everyone has the resources they need to complete their work on schedule.

I am proficient in Microsoft office packages, GMS, and Oracle fusion. I possess a code 10 driver’s license. I have excellent communication skills. My interpersonal skills include, emotional intelligence, critical analysis and research skills, numeracy skills, stakeholder relations, communication and presentation skills and report writing.
