 I am Thuli Mtshali i graduated from UKZN in Development studies degree and international relations honors,  i have 4 years experience in working with grant funded projects. i am self driven, i am capable in working with minimal supervisions and commited to provide quality services within specific deadline to each project i am handling.

I have 1-2 years Experince in Monitoring and Evaluation from National Lotteries Commision: To manage projects, Skills development achieved.  Dedication and professionalism was maintained.

2-4 years Experince as a Grand Officer at National Lotteries Commisions :  Assist in the review of grant and fellowship applications as required to comply with granting body requirements. My skills are 
Knowledge of effective grant research and grant writing.
Knowledge of effective project management techniques.
Knowledge of educational institutions and policies and procedures.
 

rofessional in Monitoring and and evaluation within 5 years.Implementing monitoring snd evaluation systems, overseeing program activities, taking part to     meetings with organisation pat-nerd documenting monitoring and evaluation results.

My aim is to make a difference in my workplace through my contribution and to touch the lives of my co-workers through my positive attitude. I am a self-starter and have good interpersonal and conflict-management skills.
