Philipp Grab

Born and raised in Asia, North America and Germany I have had the opportunity from an early age to see the world and different cultures from a unique perspective. Through my travels I speak the German as well as English language fluently and French of a basic user level.

I have previously been involved in the start up, marketing and running of ‘Sideways Driving Club’ as operations manager in Hong Kong, before establishing my own business ‘Fitness Solutions', providing services in the health and fitness industry.

Having worked as a professional Personal Fitness Trainer and Life Coach and more recently in tourism as a free lance Tourist Guide, I have had the pleasure to meet and work with a wide variety of different individuals. Being a person who sees a "problem" as a challenge, I regard my self as positive person who regards the guests interests of highest importance.

  Offering personal training to private clients, including the design of personalised health and fitness plans as well as providing advice on nutrition at various facilities.
• Conducting German language tours in Cape Town as a professionally certified guide for a number of years.
